You can order the hvv Deutschlandticket 10 working days in advance. If you are eligible for the social discount, please check here: Social discount

You can order the free hvv Deutschlandticket for students in Hamburg and start travelling immediately. Please note that the start of validity may be delayed due to any subsequent processing of the order. If you are ordering for several children, you may have to wait for the order confirmation before you can place another order. A proof of eligibility is required from the age of 16. You can order the hvv Deutschlandticket for students in Stormarn and alternative school tickets 10 working days in advance. Please submit a proof of eligibility from the age of 15. The hvv Deutschlandticket discount for Stormarn residents will only be shown in the e-mail confirmation.
