What do I have to bear in mind when ordering the 49-Euro-Ticket in advance?
- The Deutschlandticket can only be pre-ordered by customers who do not have an active hvv subscription or ProfiTicket. Holders of hvv subscriptions and ProfiTickets do not need to do anything else at the moment and will be informed separately.
- The Deutschlandticket is available at a price of 49,-€ per month only as a subscription and can be cancelled monthly.
- The ticket will be made available from 01.05.2023. We will inform you about the further steps.
- The ticket will be billed monthly by direct debit. The first debit will be made at the beginning of the month in which the subscription starts.
- The pre-order can be cancelled without giving reasons up to 4 weeks before the start of the subscription.
